Scattered-Site Single Family Homes
To date, the Madison Area Community Land Trust has renovated and
resold five single family homes in Madison neighborhoods including
Vilas Park, South Madison, and Tenney Park. In collaboration with
Valley Bank (now M&I Bank), the MACLT also constructed a new
single-family home on Buckeye Road on Madison's Eastside.
