To purchase a new home from the Madison Area Community Land Trust, you must meet three key criteria.
Your total household income (adjusted for family size) cannot exceed 80% of Dane County median income.
- You are a first-time homebuyer.
- You are able obtain a mortgage to cover the purchase of your home.
