Income Qualifications
To purchase a new home from the Madison Area Community Land Trust, your total household income (adjusted for family size) cannot exceed 80% of Dane County median income. This includes income from all adults in the household (whether related or not), and covers wages, government benefits, child support, etc. And don't worry -- we'll walk you through the income qualification process.
Here are the maximum income figures for 2009:
- One Person: $44,800
- Two Persons: $51,200
- Three Persons: $57,600
- Four Persons: $64,000
- Five Persons: $69,100
- Six Persons: $74,250
- Seven Persons: $79,350
- Eight Persons: $84,500
