Income Qualifications
To purchase a new home from the Madison Area Community Land Trust, your total household income (adjusted for family size) cannot exceed 80% of Dane County median income. This includes income from all adults in the household (whether related or not), and covers wages, government benefits, child support, etc. And don't worry -- we'll walk you through the income qualification process.
Here are the maximum income figures for 2008:
- One Person: $43,050
- Two Persons: $49,200
- Three Persons: $55,350
- Four Persons: $61,500
- Five Persons: $66,400
- Six Persons: $71,350
- Seven Persons: $76,250
- Eight Persons: $81,200
